Low FODMAP Fettuccine Marinara

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and a splash of olive oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and keep warm.

While pasta cooks, heat the garlic-infused olive oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the cherry tomatoes, white wine, and chile (if using). Cook until tomatoes are soft, about 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp, fish, and calamari to the pan. Cook, stirring gently, until seafood is just cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the drained pasta to the pan and toss with the sauce.

Add the chives, dill, lemon zest, and lemon-infused olive oil. Toss to combine.
